How do I find the full text of an article?

Cline Library provides access to thousands of electronic articles (often called full-text articles). If you are searching a database and find an article for which you'd like the full-text, then follow these steps:

Step One:

Look for a direct link to the PDF or HTML version of the article, often found right below the citation to the article.

Step Two:

Look for this icon, often right below the citation to the article:

Step Three:

If Cline Library has the article, you should be taken directly to that article. Each interface is different, so please Ask Us! if you have trouble accessing the article.

Step Four:

If you are not taken to the article directly, then you will see a Request It button. Cline Library's Document Delivery Service (DDS) can still get the publication for you. For help using DDS, consult Requesting an item that NAU doesn't have.
