How can I reserve a study room?

You can reserve group and individual study rooms online up to two weeks in advance. You will receive a confirmation email with the room, time, and a cancellation link if you need to cancel or reschedule.

How do I find peer-reviewed articles?

Option 1: Start out by searching keywords in the Quick Search on the library's homepage. Then, narrow your results by selecting Peer-reviewed Journals from Availability and Articles from Material type.

Option 2: To see which databases are recommended by librarians for a particular subject area, consult Research Guides. Then, navigate to the specific database.

How do I cancel my room reservation?

You can cancel your study room by clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email you received. If you no longer have the email, please contact the Main Desk by phone, chat, or in person.

Do you have laptops for checkout?

Yes, we have both Macbooks and PCs available for checkout to students. They check out for 24 or 72 hours.

Do you have cameras for checkout?

Does the library offer faxing services?

The library does not offer faxing services. You may want to try using a free online faxing service such as Hellofax. Faxing is also available at the campus post office.

How do I find newspapers?

How do I place a print or media item on reserve?

Where are the book stacks?

How do I print in the library?

From library desktop computers and iMacs:

  • For black and white print jobs, select "print". Retrieve your job by logging in to the print release station located next to the printers.
  • For color print jobs, select "print" then choose either Library_Color1 (located in the NAU/CCC computing area) or Library_Color4 (located in The Studios area)

Printing from your personal laptop:

Print jobs will remain in the queue for 2 hours. Your charges will be sent to your LOUIE account. Log in to Web Print to see your print jobs or request a refund.

Does the library carry audiobooks?
